Company Overview
Ukrproduct Group (the “Group”) is a leading producer and distributor of high quality branded dairy products in Ukraine and abroad.
The backbone of our business comprises five ISO-certified manufacturing plants with a total annual integrated capacity of approximately 70,000 tons of dairy products. The Group is engaged in the production and supply of branded dairy products (butter and cheese) to retailers and wholesalers in Ukraine. Ukrproduct also produces and exports intermediate-stage milk products, including skimmed milk powder (SMP), to Denmark, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Japan and Turkey. Furthermore, the Group provides logistics and distribution services to third parties operating in Ukraine. Ukrproduct has a pan-Ukrainian presence and, consequently, has access to raw materials throughout the country. Our wide distribution network which was created between 2001 and 2006, has also allowed the Group to build a retail presence throughout the country. However, our people are by far the most important driving force of the business. The Group has over 2,200 employees.
The Group includes the following entities:
- Molochnik Plant which produces processed cheese and packaged butter
- Starokonstantinovskiy Dairy Plant which is engaged in production of bulk butter, packaged butter and skimmed milk powder (SMP)
- Zhmerinka Butter & Cheese Plant which manufactures smoked cheese, processed cheese, cream cheese and butter
- Krasyliv Plant which produces bulk and packaged butter
- Letichiv Dairy Plant which produces butter, fat-free cheese and casein
- AgroSpetsResursy LLC is a distribution subsidiary of the Group, which manages eight regional trading companies
- UkrProdExpo is in charge of the Group’s export operations
