| Skim Milk Powders
Ukrproduct’s Starokostiantynivsky Dairy Plant (Starkon) produces intermediary dairy products such as skim milk powder, whole milk powder and dry milk whey. In 2006, the Company implemented extensive upgrades to its milk powder production facility. Starkon also introduced an integrated system of quality and food safety management in compliance with the internationally recognised MS ISO 9001:2000 and MS ISO 22000:2005 standards.
Multi-stage quality control, continuous improvements to production processes and efficient management positioned the Group as one of the biggest producers of milk powders in Ukraine.
Ukrproduct exports milk powders and casein to Japan, Holland, Germany, Turkey, Denmark and Russia. Long-standing international partners include leading milk powder producers and traders such as Interfood, Datraco, Itochu Corp and Sumito Corp.
