Further to the announcment on 10 April 2008, the Company announces that the board has appointed Sergey Evlanchik as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Jack Rowell, Chairman, commented, “The board has decided that, in the interests of the Company, Sergey should resume the position of Chief Executive Officer without delay. I would like to reiterate our thanks to Iryna for her work and contribution to the Company.”
