INCREASE IN STATUTORY CAPITAL OF OJSC "LETICHIV DAIRY PLANT" : News archive

Ukrproduct Group announces the increase of statutory capital of OJSC 'Letichiv Dairy Plant' from UAH 358,042 (GBP 35,804) to UAH 1,858,042 (GBP 185,804). As a result, the combined equity interest of CJSC 'Ukrproduct Group', the Ukrainian holding company of Ukrproduct Group and Linkstar Limited, a 100%-owned Cyprus subsidiary of Ukrproduct Group, in Letichiv Dairy Plant rose from 62.1% to 92.7%. The enlargement of the statutory capital and the corresponding increase of the Group's equity stake in Letichiv Dairy Plant facilitate consolidation of the financial results and secure full legal control of the Plant by the Group.
Note. OJSC - open joint-stock company (public limited company), CJSC - closed joint-stock company (private limited company). An initial controlling interest of 62.1% in OJSC 'Letichiv Dairy Plant' was acquired by CJSC 'Ukrproduct Group' and Linkstar Limited in November 2005 as part of the Group's strategy of developing the market-leading positions in core segments and expanding the product offering. |
