| IMPLEMENTATION OF QUALITY STANDARD НАССР AT STAROKONSTANTINOVSK DAIRY PANT IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED : News archive

Ukrproduct Group has successfully implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (НАССР) at the Group’s flagship Starokonstantinovsk Dairy Plant. The system enables the plant to control safety of product life cycle over the whole food chain, i.e. “From field to the table”.
The process of НАССР system development and implementation, as well as its integration into the functioning ISO Quality Management System took nearly nine month – from May 2006 to January 2007. As a result, from 30 January 2007 to 1 February 2007 the Certification body “PRIROST” LLC carried out a compliance audit of Quality Management System and certificated audit of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points system. The results of the compliance audit proved that Quality Management System for dry skimmed milk, butter and spreads conform to ISO 9001:2000 standards. Moreover, Quality Management System is being continually improved at the Plant. The results of the certificated audit proved that dry skimmed milk production conforms to the State Standards of Ukraine 4161-2003 and ISO 22000:2005 (НАССР). These standards combine world experience and set requirements essential for meeting customers’ needs regarding product quality and safety, raising competitive capacity of the plant, full control of safe product release, precise definition of any possible problems and their efficient elimination, as well as trust of our customers.
Presentation of the certificates subsequent to the audit certification is expected to be held at the end of the March. Further efforts in НАССР certification will focus upon development and implementation of an integrated Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points system for hard cheese production. |
