Our sweet creamy butter is the most popular amongst Ukrainian consumers and is produced from fresh and naturally “sweet” cream. Depending on fat content this butter can be divided into two types: “Extra” with 82.5% fat content  and “Rural” with 72.5% fat content. Our butters contain nothing but fresh cow`s milk cream.

Apart from our butter, we also offer a lighter alternative, a delicious spread, which contains butter and oil.

Butter and spreads are produced at two of Ukrproduct Group`s plants, namely Starokostiantynivsky Dairy Plant and Zhmerynka Butter & Cheese Plant, under the following brands:

	- premium priced butters
	- premium and medium priced butters
	- above medium and medium priced butters
	- medium and economically priced butters
	- medium and economically priced butters
	- medium and economically priced butters
	- medium and economically priced butters

As at the end of 2009 Ukrproduct`s market share in butter and spreads amounted to 13.5% and 3.2% respectively
